AUTHENTIC BELGIAN SPICED BISCUIT

 Spiced Biscuit – also called Biscoff –  consists of cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, cardamom, and white pepper. The origin of Speculaas lies with bakers from East and West Flanders who settled near Brussels in the 19th century.

The perfect addition to our Spirit.  

Fresh Beans From Honduras

Delicious Honduras “Las Mercedes” coffee is characterized by an intense yet mild aroma with sweet cherry notes, hints of chocolate and gingerbread as well as a fine citrusy finish.

In short, a well-rounded coffee for true gourmets.

Macerated in mild local jenever

The distiller’s creation brings an innovative flavor through the use of spelt. Spelt, the primal grain, complemented by a subtle hint of rye and barley malt.

All this 2x distilled releases the wonderful flavor of the grains combined with the light and gentle touch of the juniper.

In order to keep the gin very flavorful, not a drop of malt wine is overlooked. This can also be found in the subtle taste of the jenever.
